Hampton Roads Residential Services is a DBHDS-licensed provider of Group Home and Community Engagement services for adults with developmental disabilities. We have been proudly serving the people of Hampton Roads since 2016.
The Valirey House is a 4-bedroom, 2 bath single story home located in the Fox Hill neighborhood of Hampton, Virginia. It is entirely wheelchair-accessible.
Denbigh House is a 5-bedroom, 3 bath group home located on Denbigh Blvd in Newport News, Virginia. It is fully wheelchair-accessibility with three bedrooms on the ground floor and a stair lift to the second.
Our Community Engagement service supports clients in accessing their community, participating in their favorite activities, and building relationships with others in the Hampton Roads area.

Since 2016, Hampton Roads Residential Services has been a DBHDS-licensed provider of Group Home and Community Engagement services for adults with developmental disabilities in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. DeAndrea Barnes
DeAndrea has been working in the field of developmental disabilities for nearly 30 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Service Counseling. She has managed residential programs at large organizations in multiple states and brings a wide array of experience to her role at Hampton Roads Residential Services. While she may know how the typical service provider conducts itself, she has no problem breaking with norms to ensure clients get the best service possible.

Jeremy Craddock
Jeremy has been working in the field of disability services for nearly two decades and has managed programs in multiple states and countries. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Analysis and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation with the CFA Institute. Besides maintaining the organization’s finances and corporate compliance, Jeremy also works to ensure all aspects of HRRS’ structure are in place to deliver the best services possible to clients.

Teresa has been managing group homes for some of the largest providers in Hampton Roads for nearly thirty years. Her work ethic and dedication to clients has always set her apart in the field and helped to build her career. For Teresa, integrity is everything. She ensures the team that she manages are always prepared to do the right thing in any circumstance.
